The campaign office of Dr. Ademola Wasiu Alli, under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has dismissed reports suggesting that he has been screened out of the party’s ongoing processes, describing such claims as false and misleading.
According to the aspirant, the reports are the handiwork of individuals allegedly uncomfortable with the outcome of today’s direct primary election. He maintained that he remains firmly in the race and fully committed to the democratic process within the party.
Dr. Alli called on party faithful across the 118 wards in the Oyo Central Senatorial District to come out in large numbers and participate actively in the exercise.
He urged them to exercise their franchise by voting massively in support of his aspiration, stressing that every vote will count in determining the party’s candidate.
He further encouraged supporters to be present early at their respective polling units, remain peaceful, and express their choice through their votes without fear or intimidation.
