The Atayese of Fiditi and President, Peter Olaoluwa Foundation, (POF), Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi popularly called OPA has congratulated the newly elected Executive of the All Progressives Congress (APC) across wards and local government in Oyo state.
In the congratulatory message on Sunday issued on his behalf by his media office, Olaoluwa highlighted that the selection of the new Local Government and Ward executives illustrates a spirit of unity, political maturity, and a shared commitment among party members to reinforce the APC’s presence at the grassroots level.
He pointed out that the consensus-based and orderly election process underscores the deepening internal democracy within the ward and the local government of the party.
Olaoluwa, a 2027 governorship aspirant in the state under the All Progressives Congress, (APC) encouraged the new executives to justify the trust placed in them by working earnestly to unify the party’s framework, encourage inclusive participation, and drive support for the APC in every ward, local government, and the state.
He emphasized that effective local leadership is fundamental to the party’s broader stability and achievements.
OPA acknowledged the contributions of APC leaders at both the ward, local and state levels in facilitating a smooth and successful congress.
He stressed that the calm and non-violent nature of the congresses in Oyo state reflects members dedication to maintaining peace, enhancing security, and supporting democratic advancement within the state.
He added that such a stable environment is vital for fostering genuine development and political evolution.
Olaoluwa urged all party members to unite behind the newly elected officials and collaborate in a harmonious manner, underscoring that solidarity and adherence to the party’s principles would enhance the APC’s prospects in upcoming electoral activities.
