The Chairperson, Oyo State Rule of Law Enforcement Authority, Retired Justice Aderonke Aderemi has identified determination and divine guidance as essential factors needed for achieving career success.
Retired Justice Aderemi made this known while speaking as a ‘Personality Of The Month’ at the 8th anniversary celebration JCI Ibadan Elite.
She noted that for women with families to thrive professionally, they must balance both the home front and their careers as well as prioritizing the welfare of their husbands.
